I'm not here to sell you a strategy.
I'm here to help you find the one that's already yours.
How it started...
In 2016, six weeks postpartum, I opened a Pilates studio. I had a vision and an opportunity I couldn't walk away from. I figured I'd learn the rest as I went.
For almost three years, I did. The studio worked. Then things shifted resulting in more demand on my time and my budget. My marketing couldn't keep up, and I made the difficult decision to close it.
I could live with the decision to close, but I couldn't live with the quiet voice in my head that kept whispering: your business failed because you are bad at marketing.

I was determined to prove that voice wrong. I went all in. I attended webinars and masterclasses, read books, hired coaches and finished my degree. I even took a full-time job at a marketing agency, working across 10 to 15 brands at once.
That's when I realized I was never bad at marketing, I was missing a strategy, and I wasn't the only making that mistake.
Most people think marketing is the tools. Post here, run this ad, try that platform. Strategy is an afterthought, if it's thought of at all. I watched it happen at scale, inside that agency. Client after client who felt exactly like I had, paying real money to trust the experts, and getting handed tools with no strategy behind them.
It felt immoral. So I left.
Why Strategy Square?
I founded Strategy Square because this is the place I needed back when I was closing my studio and blaming myself for it. One-on-one guidance from someone who actually knows marketing. Back then, I had plenty of voices telling me what to try, but no one telling me which tools my business needed, and what job each tool was supposed to do, and how people actually discover and choose a business like mine.
I created a process to do that. I call it Squared and it's the strategy building method I developed that takes all it's queues from your business, not a template.
